RETURNS POLICY

If an item is damaged, it can be returned for an exchange / refund . Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn & in their original packaging with all their labels and tags intact within 7 days of receipt .

Customers are also required to send an email beforehand to verify returns . Our Contact Details are available for download via our website . Please note that goods received without an email reference beforehand will incur delay in refund / exchange. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer , and re-delivery charges will be payable on exchanges .

Jewellery items and accessories are not returnable . In case of refund , only the cost of goods are refundable and not the postage charges .The item is your responsibility until it reaches us , so we recommend using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of goods . we aim to process all refunds within 28 days of receiving the parcel . This does not affect your statutory rights .

In the unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact our customer services team who will instruct you how to return the item. Please remember that:

A Return Form needs to be filled in and enclosed in the parcel so that it can be processed by our warehouse.

Item/s to be returned second class recorded/tracked service only. We strictly do not reimburse any costs for any other postal service.

We cannot process any returns without an email request beforehand

We cannot dispatch a new item unless we have received the wrong item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.

We will refund shipping costs for second class tracked service only provided that the item is in new and unused condition when we receive it and you have followed our return instructions.

Please note, it is never our intention to send incorrect items to our customers, however on rare occasions due to ‘human error’ mistakes can happen. However, we will always endeavour to rectify any problems as a matter of priority. If your complaint is upheld, then we will refund you the cost of returning the items second class post only.

Cancellation: if you wish to cancel a order you can do this 24hours before the order is packed and dispatched for a full refund.
